•All of our items are HANDMADE and unique. We don't shy away from accepting that there will be small human errors to the products sometimes. Hence, there would be no refunds, returns or exchanges for those products.
•We ship with great care but accidents happen and if it does to your products, please reach out to us within 3 days from delivery with a picture of your package and damaged product side by side and we'll look into it. Damage would be determined at our sole discretion.

•Untracked Shipping - This is via regular mail without any tracking number. Only items less than 2cms in height would be shipped Untracked. EST delivery - 8-15 business days (Not guaranteed)
•Tracked - Choose this option if you're like us and need to know where your package is. All eyes on your package 📦 EST delivery - 8-13 business days
